Evgeniy Radovenyuk, CEO
Mr. Radovenyuk has previously been the CFO of the agricultural company Harvest Moon East and the bioethanol company KoronAgro, where he was in charge of investment planning, financial modeling and analysis, business planning and financial management. Mr. Radovenyuk also was a partner at Branan Consulting in Ukraine where he carried out and managed consulting projects in Ukraine and Russia. Has several academic degrees from the National Academy of Management in Ukraine (M.Sc. Enterprise Economy and Financial Management), Irish Management Institute (Enterprise Restructuring Program Certificate), Kharkov State Polytechnic University, Post-Graduate School in Ukraine (Ph.D. Enterprise Development Management), Kharkov State Polytechnic University in Ukraine (M.Sc. System Analyst).
Tahir Musayev, Deputy CEO, Chief Commercial Officer
Tahir Musayev has extensive experience in international business and business management. Prior to his appointment to Grain Alliance, Mr. Musayev held various positions in Carbon Resource Management Ltd (London), Carbon Capital Services Limited (Ukraine), and also worked for Ernst & Young CIS BV (Azerbaijan).
Mr. Musayev holds Master’s Degree Agricultural Business Management from National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, also holds Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the West Texas A&M University, and is a graduate of the Baku State University.
Tahir Musayev is a team captain in Baku What? Where? When? Intellectual television club.
Ievgen Zaglada, CFO
Graduated from the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadim Hetman in 2011 and holds B.Sc. in “Economics of enterprise” and M.Sc. in “Project management & consulting”.
Since 2014, he is engaged in research activities in the Scientific Centre for Aerospace Research of the Earth (CASRE) Institute of Geological Science of National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine to obtain Ph.D. in natural (technical) sciences.
Has 10-years’ experience in agribusiness and FEA. Leads and manages the efforts of the Financial and Economic Department, manages cash flow, cooperates with the international financial credit institutions.
Ruslan Degtyarev, Chief Operating Officer
Ruslan works with BGC Grain Alliance since 2012. Started as an economist, later was appointed as deputy of the head of operations in one of the land clusters. His responsibilities included dairy business of the company which he turned into a successful operational business. In January 2024 Ruslan was promoted to Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Degtyarev holds a degree in Economics and Finance from the National University of Bioresources and Nature Management of Ukraine.
Victor Bezsmertniy, Director
Mr. Bezsmertniy was born in 1956 in Kiev, Ukraine. He graduated from Kiev National Economic University in 1978. Due to his extensive experience as a Chief Accountant (seven years), Financial Inspector (eight years), Acting Director (eight years), Mr. Bezsmertniy has strong financial, organizational background as a complement to his skills and experience from managing of agricultural companies. He has in total 30 years of experience in the agricultural sector.
Andriy Lukyanenko, Quality Control and Innovations Director
Andriy Lukyanenko joined company in 2018. In 2024 he was appointed to his current role where he is responsible for better agricultural processes and innovations.
Prior to that, Mr. Lukyanenko managed a company-distributor of crop protection materials and fertilizers in Ukraine. He also gathered an extensive experience in financing agricultural sector and was a consultant for Bayer Crop Science, AG Growth International (AGI) and Credit Agricole Bank as a member of International Finance Corporation/World Bank team in Ukraine.
Mr. Lukyanenko earned a Master’s degree in Agriculture from Uman National University of Horticulture in 2018 and Master’s degree in Management from Kharkiv State Economic University in 1994.
